The terms we work by.

These terms apply when you use alirazaconsultant.com, book a consultation call or use any of our services. By doing so, you agree to them.

For paid services, your written quotation also applies. If the quotation and these terms differ, the quotation applies for that point.

Ali Raza Consultant is an independent visa strategy and documentation consultancy based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We serve clients in Pakistan and abroad for visitor visas to Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand.

We are not a government body. We are not part of, or approved by, any embassy, high commission or immigration authority, including IRCC, the UK Home Office, the US Department of State, the Australian Department of Home Affairs and Immigration New Zealand.

We are not a law firm. Where a matter needs a licensed lawyer, for example a court filing, we work with licensed lawyers and tell you before any such step.

• Calls are booked through our website. The fee shown on the booking page when you book is paid in advance.
• Your booking is confirmed after we verify your payment.
• Calls take place by phone, WhatsApp video or at our office, as you choose when booking.
• You can change your call time using the link in your confirmation, any time before the call starts, subject to available slots.
• Advice on the call is based on the information you give us. The call fee covers the call only and is separate from any service fee.

Refunds for call fees are explained in our Refund Policy.

• After assessing your profile, we send a written quotation that sets out the scope of work, the fee and the payment schedule.
• A quotation is valid for 7 days from the date it is issued. After that, the price may change.
• Work on your file begins after you accept the quotation and pay the first instalment.
• Anything outside the agreed scope, such as arranging invitation or host letters, translations, courier or an extra application, is charged separately and agreed with you in writing first.

Government visa fees, biometrics, visa application centre charges, medical exams, translations and courier costs are separate from our consultancy fee, unless your quotation says they are included.

Where they are included, we pay them to the authority or provider on your behalf. These fees are set by governments and providers, can change without notice, and are not refunded by them if a visa is refused.

• Give us accurate, complete and truthful information at every stage.
• Tell us about every previous visa refusal from any country, and share the refusal letters. If a refusal is hidden from us, we may stop the service without refund. Hiding a refusal from an immigration authority can also lead to serious consequences for you.
• Provide only genuine documents. We never prepare, change or submit false documents, and we stop work if asked to.
• Send documents on time. Delays on your side can affect timelines and the validity of your quotation.
• Review your final application before it is submitted. You are responsible for the declarations you sign.

Every visa decision is made only by the relevant immigration authority, and processing times are set by them. We do not guarantee approval, a decision date or any particular result. Past results shared on our website and social media do not predict the outcome of another case.

We communicate by WhatsApp, phone and email. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM (Pakistan time). Messages received after hours are answered on the next working day.

The guides and information on this website are general information, not legal advice for your case. Fees and rules are checked when written but can change at any time, so always confirm them with the official government source before you apply.

All text, design and graphics on this website belong to Ali Raza Consultant. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions, delays or fee changes made by immigration authorities or other third parties, for problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you give us, or for indirect losses such as travel bookings made before a visa is issued. Our total responsibility for any service is limited to the consultancy fee you paid us for that service.

You can end our service at any time by telling us in writing. We may end a service if information you gave us is false, if a previous refusal was hidden, if fees are not paid, or if our team is treated abusively. Any refund follows our Refund Policy and your quotation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you are unhappy with our service, please email info@alirazaconsultant.com first. We aim to resolve every complaint quickly and in good faith.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The version in force when you accepted your quotation applies to that service.
