How we handle your information.

Ali Raza Consultant is a visa strategy and documentation consultancy. Our head office is at Office 201, 2nd Floor, Plaza 18, Acantilado Commercial, Phase 7 Bahria Town, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Ali Raza Consultant.

We only ask for information that has a clear purpose in your case:

• Contact form: your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), the country you live in, your destination and what you tell us about your situation.
• Call booking form: details we need to assess your profile before the call, such as your occupation, income and bank balance range, travel history, purpose of travel and any previous visa refusals.
• Uploads: your payment screenshot and transaction ID, and any refusal letters you choose to upload.
• During our service: the documents your application needs, for example passport copies, bank statements, employment or business records and family documents. We tell you exactly what is needed before you send anything.
• Website data: basic technical data such as browser type and the pages you visit. Our homepage reads your device time zone to show routes from your region. This happens in your browser and does not identify you.

• To reply to your message and understand your situation.
• To assess your profile and prepare for your consultation call.
• To schedule your call, send confirmations and reminders, and verify your payment.
• To prepare the documents and the application you ask us to prepare.
• To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
• To improve our website using anonymous, combined statistics.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

• Immigration authorities and visa application centres, only for an application you instruct us to make.
• Licensed lawyers we work with, only when your matter needs them, for example a court filing, and only with your agreement.
• Public authorities, where the law requires us to.

Some of the systems we use may store data on servers outside Pakistan. We use established providers with strong security standards, and we limit what is stored to what your case needs.

• Only team members working on your case can open your file.
• Our website forms are sent over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
• Your documents are kept in private, access-controlled storage, never on public links.
• Our booking and contact systems are protected against spam and misuse.

No online system is completely secure, so please do not send passport, CNIC or bank details through the website contact form. We will tell you how to share documents safely when they are needed.

• Enquiries and call bookings: as long as needed to respond and follow up.
• Client files: for the length of our service, and afterwards for as long as needed for reapplications, questions about the case and the records the law requires us to keep.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information earlier, except records we must keep by law.

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Tell us to stop WhatsApp or email updates at any time.

Send your request to info@alirazaconsultant.com. We normally reply within 30 days. If you live in a country whose data protection law gives you further rights, such as the UK or the EU, we will respect those rights.

Applications for children are handled only through a parent or legal guardian, who provides the child's information and documents.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will be clearly shown here.
